The Windows download is a zip file which contains a single application directory.The application consists of a minimal batch file and the jar file containing the application classes. As a Windows application, QTatomizer is fairly crude. To support drag and drop onto the batch file, the first line of the file must be modified to change the current directory to the directory containing the file. Furthermore, each "drop" will result in a new copy of the application and a separate copy of the log window.
